Taylor, Dustin Taylor, and Tiffany Clifton; great grandma of Makenna and Kayden; sister of Sandy (the late Larry) Jenkins; loving aunt of Rob Church, Ryan and Pat McAleer. Roy Percy Nelder

Roy Percy Nelder

Died: Saturday, January 21, 2012
Age: 92
Born in Plymouth England, he immigrated to Canada where he worked on the Avro Arrow team. After the Arrow's demise, Roy took his family to Michigan where he became a designer for GMC Fisher Body.

Roy left Canada but he never left the beautiful Muskoka lakes he loved so much.

“Dad we know you are flying your world-champion glider and playing tennis among the stars,” Nelder’s children said. “We will miss you and remember to always think young, measure twice and steer clear of the dock.”

Roy is survived by his wife Anne of 63 years, his children Susan (Bill) Greybill, Jane (Monier) Francis, Dave (Brenda) Nelder, Carol (Ron) Corvari and Sandy Smith and his eleven grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.

Funeral services were held on Wednesday, January 25, 2012 at 3 p.m. at Sparks-Griffin Funeral Home in Lake Orion.

of Ortonville, Leon was born Jan. 13, 1936 to the late Nicholas and May (Zaika) Mozarowsky. He is survived by one daughter, Marsha Stanton, and one son, Nicholas Mozarowsky; one grandson, Seth Mozarowsky; and one sister, Delia Valade. He was preceded in death by his special long-time friend Maxine Jean Oliver.

A funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday, Jan. 31 at Coats Village Funeral Home, Ortonville. Interment will follow at Elmwood Cemetery, Detroit. HARWORTH, PAUL J. of Clarkston. January 18, 2012 at 85 years of age. Loving husband of Joyce for 63 years. Beloved father of Thomas J. (Linda) Harworth, KathyA. (Terry) Harmon, Patricia J. Tony) Leone, Paul E. (Debbie) Harworth and Carol Marie (Todd) Juracek. Dear brother of Jeanne McManus. Special grandfather of Natalie, Marlon, Michelle, Kristi, P.J., and Nicholas. Also survived by his feline friend Loretta. Paul was preceded in death by siblings: Mary Kinney, Jack Harworth and Ruth Meyers. Mr. Harworth retired from Pontiac Motors where he worked in the administration building in the car distribution department. Paul was a member of Our Lady of the Lakes. He enjoyed sports and his time spent up north at his cabin. Visitation was held at COATS FUNERAL HOME-CLARKSTON (8909 Dixie Hwy., Clarkston). Larry Lee Crawford, of Clarkston, went home to be with the Lord on January 15, 2012 at the age of 74.

Cherished husband of Marlene Liddy Crawford; Beloved father of Robert (Bonnie), Cheryl, Daniel (Laura) and Scott (Trina). Proud grandfather of 11 and great-grandfather of three. Dear brother of Jeannette (Gilbert) Koerner, John (Christa) Crawford, Sharon (late Joe) Fish and Rebecca (David) McChesney.

Preceded in death by parents Moody and Alice Crawford, and two brothers Robert Eugene and Charles Elton.

Mr. Crawford was an auto parts salesman for many years in the Oxford area, working at the Village Automotive and Steve’s Oxford Auto. He was an active member of Sunny Vale Chapel and then later a charter member of Grace Baptist Church of Waterford, where he served in several different capacities.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, January 21, 2012, 11:00 a.m. at the Grace Baptist Church, 5311 Pontiac Lake Road, Waterford. Officiating Pastor Tim Davis. The family will receive friends Friday 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. at the Riverside Chapel, Simpson-Modetz Funeral Home, 5630 Pontiac Lake Road, Waterford and at the church on Saturday after 10:30 a.m. Interment Christian Memorial Cemetery.

Memorials may be made to Grace Baptist Church or to Mercy Hospice Care.
