Harold Richard Fritz

Age: 87
Harold Richard “Fritz” Fritz of Ortonville entered into eternal life on March 11, 2013.

He was 87.

He leaves to cherish his memory, his love of fifty years, Monnie Neiota; his sons, Richard and Ronald; and daughter, Olinda Torok. He will be greatly missed by nine grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandson; and many nieces, nephews and dear friends. Fritz loved them all.

He served in the U.S. Navy during World War II. He was a member of the Clarkston American Legion Post #63 and the Oxford VFW #334. He was a brick mason/builder for 60 years.

A memorial service was planned for 11 a.m., today, Saturday, March 16 at Coats Village Funeral Home, Ortonville. Memorial contributions may be made to a charity of your choice. To send a condolence, go to

Thomas E. Grimsley

Died: Thursday, March 14, 2013
Age: 87
of Ortonville, formerly of Waterford, passed away peacefully.

Thomas was preceded in death by his loving wife Harriett; beloved father of Tammy (David) Thomas, Thomas Grimsley, Roger Grimsley, Pamela (Chuck) Pridemore, and the late Catherine Grimsley; special grandfather of eight and great-grandfather of two. Tom was retired from GM and a very proud U.S. veteran in both the Navy and Air Force. Funeral service will be 1 p.m Monday, March 18, 2013 at Coats Funeral Home, Waterford. Glenda May Hardy

Died: Sunday, March 10, 2013
Age: 70
Glenda May Hardy went home to be with Lord on March 10, 2013. She was 70.

Born November 7, 1942, she is survived by her brother, Pat Hillaker and wife Karen, husband Lawrence P. Hardy Sr. and three sons, Lawrence (Jr) (Jenny) Hardy, Rodney (Jennifer) Hardy and Allen (Tina) Hardy.

She had nine grandchildren and one great grandchild.

She was laid to rest at White Chapel Cemetery March 13, 2013.

Age: 94
KELLEY, Ross W.; of Davisburg; March 9, 2013; Age 94; Preceded in death by his wife Marian; Father of Kay (Keith) Flood, Linda Kelley & Pat (Ron) Kugler; Grandpa of Tammi (Todd) Bridger, Tracy (Vicki) Flood & Matthew Killeen; Great Grandpa of Brittani, Cody, Robin & Christie; Brother of Phyllis Brown & the late Dale (Norma) Kelley; Ross served in the U.S. Navy during WWII.
