April 11, 2012 - Lake Orion Police Chief Jerry Narsh brought to the Village's attention the need to address newly adopted MLCC Administrative Rules that govern who may obtain a One Day Liquor Permit. Recently the Michigan Liquor Control Commission has changed who may obtain such a permit. Based on the change, Narsh expected many more requests. The action before the council was to get preference on issuing the licenses.
