May 30, 2012 - Independence Township Board of Trustees will vote on the final draft of the Open Burn Ordinance at its next meeting, Tuesday, June 5, 7:30 p.m., in Township Hall.
The ordinance, which regulates citizens' use of fire outside their home, includes new fees and burn schedules. The final draft will be finalized during the board's next meeting.
