September 12, 2012 - During Clarkston City Council's special meeting, Sept. 6, the council voted unanimously to move forward with SEMCOG's grant application for two new dump trucks.
The grant awarded would be $163,663 and may not arrive until 2014.
The city decided to pay approximately $40,000 from their general fund to cover the 20 percent match now required for the replacement vehicles.
