December 12, 2012 - The current set of DPW radios will no longer function as of Jan.1 when the FCC "narrow-banding" of all radio systems takes place in Orion Township and elsewhere. Because of this, Lake Orion's Village Manager requested the purchase of two new radios with two-way capability.
The Village Council approved the purchase unanimously at the Monday meeting.
