More movement with Tai Chi

April 09, 2014 - NovaCare Rehabilitation in Clarkston is offering free Tai Chi classes to the community beginning on Monday through May 19.

The gentle and slow movements from the exercise has many benefits including reducing stress and feeling relaxed; increasing balance and coordination; helping with range of motion and flexibility; and improving overall mind, body and spirit; improve memory and concentration.

Brenda Ressler, a licensed Physical Therapist at NovaCare, was certified by the Arthritis Foundation to teach Tai Chi and is excited to teach it to the Clarkston community....
