May 14, 2014 - Local Girl Scouts learned about driver safety and car care techniques, May 3, at John Bowman Chevrolet in Clarkston.

The free class, which is planned to be offered monthly, included which cars are the safest to drive for this area, rear wheel drive vs FWD vs AWD, driving on snow, ice, and rain, tires, driving tips, and how to handle driving hazards and/or breakdowns.

The next session will be on June 7, starting at 2:15 p.m. Parents with teens 14-18 can register by calling 248-575-5004.
