August 20, 2014 - Michigan Department of Education released its annual Top( 99%)-to-Bottom (0%) list, which ranks schools based on students' 2013-2014 performance in mathematics, reading, writing, science and social studies and high school graduation rate data, and achievement, improvement, and achievement gap.
