January 18, 2012 - Monday, January 16 - Subjects reported in Oxford Lakes ice skating. The subjects were advised to get off the ice.

Sunday, January 15 - Breaking and entering reported on Worthington. A woman reported to the Oakland County Sheriff's Dept. that her son broke into her mobile home and punched a hole in her bedroom door before leaving. A search of the area was conducted, and the son was found hiding in the back of a truck, which was parked near the trailer park's entrance. The son admitted to having a few beers, and proceeded to blow a .160 when given a preliminary breath test. He was transported by deputies to a friend's apartment complex in Lake Orion.

*A caller found a dog running loose on Hovey. The dog did not have any identification.

*Suspicious vehicle reported on First St. A vehicle pulled into a driveway, shut off its lights and was sitting there. Officer checked on the vehicle and driver, who turned out to be a neighbor who pulled into the wrong driveway.

Saturday, January 14 - Malicious destruction of property reported on Scarlet Oak Ln. During the night, an unknown individual punched the lock out of the drivers side door of the reporting person's vehicle. No entry was made into the vehicle, and nothing was taken.

*Breaking and entering reported on Dunlap. A gate located off of Hummer Lake Rd. was missing the chain that secured it. The gate was open and tire tracks were leading into the property towards the scrap yard. When deputies arrived, they found two men loading scrap metal into the back of a truck. The two suspects stated someone in a white truck told them there was scrap metal in the yard and that it was free. Both subjects were issued citations for trespassing. It was then discovered one of the suspects had warrants out for his arrest from Waterford and the Oakland County Sheriff's Department, so he was transported to Oakland County Jail.

*An individual was thrown from a horse on Delano.

Friday, January 13 - Drug overdose reported on Crestwood.

*An unknown vehicle caused damage to two yards after driving over them.

*Officers received word about seven teenagers loitering around a business after they were kicked out. The teenagers were eventually picked up.

Thursday, January 12 A semi-truck took out the front entrance sign at an address on N. Washington St.

Wednesday, January 11 - Larceny from auto reported on W. Drahner. A man reported an unknown individual stole the hydraulics, lifter bars and lights belonging to his snow plow, which was in his barn near the back of his property.

*A Ford Ranger was parked on the grass in front of the water plant on Glaspie St. After the vehicle was tagged, officers located a friend of the vehicles owner, who said the vehicle's parking brake was not applied, so it rolled out of drive and onto the grass.

*Suspicious circumstance reported on Crawford St. The reporting person said she was getting her mail when someone entered her apartment and took a cell phone and cell phone battery.

*A caller reported being involved in a hit-and-run accident on Ray Rd. The responsible sideswiped her and took the mirror off of her vehicle.
