*Drunk Driving reported at Brandon and Mill Street. Subject refused a sobriety test; warrant was obtained and subject was arrested and transported to hospital for blood test.
*iPad and cell phone stolen from house on Stanton St.
*Domestic dispute between estranged couple over property reported on Parker Lake Road.
*Animal complaint issued on Davison Street. Woman said unfenced dogs attacked her dog as they walked by.
*Overdose suspected on Riviera Drive.
Saturday, August 4
*Trespassing reported on Thornehill Trail. Caller said an unwanted person clad in orange shirt and shorts was sitting on her porch enjoying a cigar. Subject was advised by police and left.
*Ex-boyfriend harassing girl on Shummard Branch.
*Juveniles swimming across lake and trespassing on Thornehill Trail
*Welfare check requested on Lakes Edge Court. Caller suspected a nervous breakdown was occurring and feared for the children.
*Malicious destruction of property reported on Thornehill Trail. Signs and picnic table destroyed.
*Wallet found on Washington Street. Can be retrieved at the police station.

*Juvenile skateboarding complaint at Washington and Burdick. Subjects advised and departed.
*85-year old woman assaulted by mentally infirm resident on Hummer Lake Road.
Thursday, August 2
*Complaints about an excessively loud techno-dance party, or Rave, on Davison Street. Police visited and arrested one subject on outstanding traffic warrant.
*Breaking and entering reported on North Washington St. Nothing missing, but purse was thrown against door.
*Large boulder reported in the middle of North Lapeer Street.
*Electrical line reported down on the Polly Ann Trail. Pleasant Street caller said that DTE had been notified, and that the line had been down for nearly a week.
