*Road rage reported on South Washington. Police were unable to locate black Stratus chasing a red van.

*Peeping Tom spotted on Maple Street.

*Purple cell phone taken from Crawford Street residence.

*Two calls for excessive television at Crawford Street residence.

Sunday, August 12

*Maroon automobile spotted with camera on roof taking pictures of open garage doors in Glenworth subdivision at Pontiac and Drahner.

*Animal still barking incessantly on Park Street. Callers state the disturbance has been ongoing. Police were unable to locate or verify cacophonous canine.

*Grandmother received a text message from her granddaughter complaining her boyfriend was assaulting her at Drahner and Pleasant.

*Whooping cranes reported in roadway on South Washington.

*Juveniles reported lighting fireworks inside bathroom on Glaspie Street.

Saturday, August 11

*Malicious destruction of property called in from Davison St. Caller said a truck had driven through and damaged her yard.

*Car on West Burdick struck by rock projected from lawn mower.

*Caller claimed to be chased by vehicle on West Drahner.

*Boxer with purple harness found on Burdick and Pontiac.

Friday, August 10

*Group home resident on Indian Lake Road assaulted staff and then the police called in to assist. Two officers were struck and kicked, resulting in minor injuries to one deputy. Officers treated and subject taken to Oakland County Jail until further review.

*On two occasions a landlord received threats from tenant on North Lapeer.

Thursday, August 9

*Two vehicles clipped by gravel train on Broadway and M-24. Vehicles removed from roadway. No injuries reported.

*Two car accident reported at Seymour Lake and Baldwin Roads.

Wednesday, August 8

*Caller on Davison reported a bat in the house. Bat was taken into custody by law enforcement agents and then released on its own recognizance.

*Silver bicycle found on trail near park on Glaspie Street.

*Gun threat delivered on South Lapeer. Caller reported he had confronted a driver about taking up two parking spaces. Man in car threatened to shoot the complaintant, and then went into store without further incident.

*Teen runaway reported by mother on Teelin Drive.

*Caller from Shummard Branch reported items on her lawn she suspected had been stolen from an area home.

Tuesday, August 7

*Indecent exposure reported on Crawford Street.

* Two males were seen placing two pints of liquor each (that's four pints total) into the waistbands of their pants at a retail establishment on North Lapeer.

Both attempted to leave the building, but were detained by store management until police arrived. Police issued two citations ordering the men to appear in court.
