Synopsis of Adopted Ordinance
At its Regular Meeting on October 10, 2011, the Ortonville Village Council adopted The Zoning Ordinance together with the Zoning District Map appended thereto, this Ordinance, as approved, replaces previously adopted Zoning Ordinance and Zoning District Maps, in their entirety.
This Ordinance is effective November 27, 2011, which is at least seven (7) days after the publication of this synopsis, as required by law. The complete text of the Ordinance is on file in the office of the Village Clerk (476 Mill Street, Ortonville, MI 48462) and available for public inspection during regular Village office hours.
