NOTICE
A Second Reading and possible Adoption of a proposed Ordinance No. 120:
AN ORDINANCE TO ADD A NEW SECTION 20 TO CHAPTER 26 OF THE CHARTER TOWNSHIP OF OXFORD CODE OF ORDINANCES, CODIFIED FROM FIRE ORDINANCE NO. 95 AS AMENDED, WITH REGARD TO REGULATE THESE OF OUTDOOR WOOD BOILERS IN THE CHARTER TOWNSHIP OF OXFORD.
To be introduced at a regular meeting of the Charter Township of Oxford Board of Trustees to be held January 11, 2012, 7:00 p.m., at the Oxford Veterans Memorial Civic Center (2nd floor), 28 N.
