Presentation: Common Ground, Community Mental Health Awareness.
Approved payment of bills in the amount of $344,927.29 and payrolls of $77,091.06.
Total disbursement of funds of $422,018.35.
Approved Agenda, as amended.
Approved Consent Agenda, as amended.
Approved Minutes, Regular Meeting, Tuesday, February 21, 2012.
Received and Filed MMRMA Quarterly Report.
Received and Filed Notice of Solicitation: Seventh-Day Adventist Church.
Accepted Jeffrey Phillips resignation as Paint Creek Trailway Commission Alternate Member and
appointed Lisa Sokol, Community Programs Director, as Alternate Member.
Approved McConnell Park License Agreement with Lake Orion Youth Baseball League, Inc., from
April 1, 2012 to April 1, 2013 and authorized the Supervisor to sign the agreement.
Postponed action regarding Peddlers/Solicitors License Application: AT&T U-Verse - Digitalink Communications.
Approved Peddlers/Solicitors License Application: Bladez Lawn Care.
Scheduled Public Hearing regarding Request to Lease Township Land at the northwest portion of Friendship Park for an indoor baseball facility.
Approved request to rent Orion Center on Labor Day.
Approved Contract for Constant Contact at a cost not to exceed $1,050.00 for 2012.
Approved applying for 2012 Tri-Party funds for Indian Lake Road at M-24 improvements and authorized OHM to begin design work.
Postponed action for Help America Vote Grant Act Program Agreement.

Postponed action regarding 2012 Community Service Agreement with Orion Area Youth Assistance.
Held Closed Executive Session to discuss Village Square PUD and Clerical Union Negotiations.
