3. Approved allowing the township attorney to proceed with the litigation for Clearwater Campground as discussed in closed session.

1. Approved agenda.
2. Approved the Consent Agenda, which included the following:
· Regular Meeting Minutes of February 6, 2012.
· Special Meeting Minutes of February 6, 2012.
· Regular Bills in the Amount of $163,627.19.
· Pre-pays in the amount of $73,166.97.
· Trustee Timesheets in the Amount of $651.00.
3. Approved the adoption of the new ordinance Section 46-304 Architectural Design Requirements as presented for second reading.
4. Approved Park Operations Budget Amendment.
5. Approved Resolution #227-12 Medical Marihuana Moratorium.
6. Approved Resolution #228-12 to Extend Gas Mains in Brandon Township.
7. Approve 2012-2014 Contract for Dispatch Services between the Township of Brandon and the Oakland County Sheriff Department.
8. Approved 2012 Part-Time Fire Department Employee Benefits.
9. Approved 2012 Full-Time Fire Department Employee Benefits.
