Oxford Community Schools is accepting sealed bids for the district's athletic field maintenance and game day preparation. Bid packets can be picked up at Oxford Community Schools' Transportation Department, 1500 Lakeville Road, Oxford, Michigan 48371 on March 12, 2012 from 9:30 a.m. until 3:30 p.m. Bid packets should be picked up no later than March 16, 2012. All bids are due by Friday, March 30, 2012, 1:00 p.m., at Oxford Community Schools' Administration Building, ATT: Tim Loock, Assistant Superintendent, 10 N. Washington, Oxford, Michigan; at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud. No allowance will be made for late bids. The Board of Education reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any irregularities therein, and to make the award in the manner deemed to be in the best interests of Oxford Community Schools.
