Held Public Hearing Lease of Township Property: Indoor Sports Facility at Friendship Park.
Approved payment of bills in the amount of $747,470.68 and payrolls of $115,596.48. Total disbursement of funds of $863,067.16.
Approved Agenda, as amended.
Approved Consent Agenda, as presented.
Approved Minutes, Regular Meeting, Monday, March 2, 2012.
Approved Minutes, Special Joint Public Hearing, Wednesday, March 7, 2012.
Adopted Resolution: Parenting Awareness Month.
Adopted Resolution: 2012 Dragon Dash.
Received and filed Planning Commission Annual Report.
Appointed Don Walker to Zoning Board of Appeals as the Planning Commission representative, term ending December 31, 2014.
Approved temporary Sign Permit for Orion Veterans Memorial and reduced application fee to $25.
Declined Request to Lease Township Property for Indoor Sports Facility at Friendship Park.
Granted non-exclusive permission to Integrity Vending to sell concessions at Township Parks.
Postponed action regarding the Hi-Hill Sewer Reimbursement, until further information is received.
Updated Job Descriptions for Community Programs Department.
Adopted reduced membership fee schedule effective July 1, 2012, for 2012 only, for Orion Center.
Authorized Purchase of Table Settings and Glassware for Orion Center.
Received and filed Maybee/Rohr Roads – Sewer Concerns Report.
