Received and filed Treasurer's Quarterly Report.
Approved payment of bills in the amount of $1,663,951.90 and payrolls of $99,316.14.
Total disbursement of funds of $1,763,268.04.
Approved Agenda, as presented.
Approved Consent Agenda, as presented.
Approved Minutes, Regular Meeting, Monday, April 16, 2012.
Approved 2012 Community Service Agreement: Village Swim Program.
Accepted retirement, effective May, 2, 2012 for Fire Chief Jeff Key.
Approved Outdoor Assembly License Application: Lions Club Jubilee and waived application fee.
Reduced Sign Permit Fee to $25 for Lions Club Jubilee.
Approved Outdoor Assembly License Application: The Hair Inn Relay for Life Cut-a-Thon and waived application fee.
Authorized budget adjustments for Community Programs and Building and Grounds.
Awarded Motor City Fence Company the contract for ball field and dumpster fencing modifications at Friendship Park.
Denied request for Hi-Hill Sewer Reimbursement.
Authorized OHM to prepare plans for a Township SCADA System and prepare bid documents.
Adopted Ballot Language Resolution: Fire Fund (renewal).
Adopted Ballot Language Resolution: Police Fund (renewal).
Adopted Ballot Language Resolutions: Police Fund (new).
Accepted Trustee Mark Crane resignation, effective June 4, 2012 following the Township Board of Trustees meeting.
Approved procedures for Trustee appointment.
Scheduled Special Meeting for May 30, 2012 to conduct Trustee candidate interviews.
Held first reading of PC-2011-22: Text Amendment to Zoning Ord. 78 – Temporary Use Permits and directed Clerk to publish for second reading and possible adoption on June 4, 2012.
Held first reading of PC-2011-23: Text Amendment to Zoning Ord. 78 – Recreational Vehicle Parking and directed Clerk to publish for second reading and possible adoption on June 4, 2012.
Approved eliminating the Event Coordinator position in the Community Programs Department and added a part-time Maintenance/Support Services position in Building & Grounds Department.
