The Charter Township of Brandon Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a Public Hearing June 27, 2012 at 7:30 P.M. at Brandon Township Offices, 395 Mill Street, Ortonville, Michigan 48462 to hear the following appeals.

Request: Applicant requests a square footage variance of 976 square feet to build an accessory building 2400 square feet 1424 square feet is allowed by Section 46.242 (1) d.5.
Appeal # 006-12 Sidwell # 03-02-100-038 - vacant

Location: 1824 Liberty Lane
Request: Applicant request a square footage variance of 420 square feet to keep existing structure, that was build without permit and will be attached to number 2 building. Total for outbuildings will be 2620 square feet 2200 square feet is allowed by Section 46.242 (1) d.5.

Request: Applicants request two variances:
1. A square footage variance of 1200 square feet to add two leans on new pole barn 1200 square feet in size, each lean will be 600 square feet totally to 1200 square feet. Allowed by Section 46.241 (1) d.5. is 1200 square feet.
2. A height variance of 6" to allow for a building height of 20'6" at the midpoint between the eave and the ridge.
