Notice of Adoption of Ordinance No. 39
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at a council meeting on July 12, 2012, the Village Council of the Village of Leonard adopted Ordinance No. 39, which provides for the reduction of the number of Village Trustees from six to four. A synopsis of the Ordinance follows:
THE VILLAGE OF LEONARD ORDAINS:
SECTION 1 – REDUCTION OF THE NUMBER OF TRUSTEES ON COUNCIL
SECTION 2 – TERM OF OFFICE
SECTION 3 – EFFECTIVE DATE
SECTION 4 – ADOPTION
SECTION 5 – PUBLICATION
Copies of the Ordinance are available for use or inspection during regular business hours at the Village Hall, which is located at 23 East Elmwood Street in Leonard, Michigan.
