The Charter Township of Brandon Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a Public Hearing August 22, 2012 at 7:30 P.M. at Brandon Township Offices, 395 Mill Street, Ortonville, Michigan 48462 to hear the following appeals.

Location: Perry Lake Road (vacant)
Request: Applicant requests two variances:
1. To build a proposed accessory building without main building or on vacant land (Section 46-242 1) a).
2. A variance from the proposed detached accessory buildings shall not be erected in any residential front yard (Section 46-242 (1) c.

Location: 1366 Ortonville Road
Request: Applicant requests a variance from site plan approval requirements (section 46-66 through 46-73) and special land use requirements division 3, sections 46-105 through 46-112) to continue to use the property as it currently is.
This meeting is open to all members of the public under Michigan's Open Meeting Act
