MUNICIPAL ORDINANCE VIOLATION BUREAU AND MUNICIPAL CIVIL INFRACTION REGULATIONS ORDINANCE NO. 40
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at a council meeting on August 13, 2012, the Village Council of the Village of Leonard adopted Ordinance No. 40, the Municipal Ordinance Violation Bureau and Municipal Civil Infraction Regulations Ordinance, which creates the Bureau and establishes certain regulations and procedures pertaining to municipal civil infractions in accordance with Section 600.101, et. seq. of the Michigan Compiled Laws. A synopsis of the Ordinance follows:
