Adopted Proposed 2012 Millage Rates.
Held Truth-In-Budget Public Hearing: Set Proposed 2012 Millage Rates.
Approved payment of bills in the amount of $165,093.22 and payrolls of $74,072.64.
Total disbursement of funds of $239,165.86.
Approved Agenda, as amended.
Approved Consent Agenda, as amended.
Approved Minutes, Regular Meeting, Tuesday, September 4, 2012.
Approved Employee Flu Shot Program.
Approved and waived fee for Gleaners/Canterbury Village Oktoberfest Ord. 76 Special Alcohol Service
Permit Fundraiser, subject to OCSD review.
Adopted Actual 2012 Millage Rates.
Heard Citizen Request to Address the Board: Recreational Vehicles.
Approved Request to hire Robert Smith as Fire Chief, effective Thursday, September 20, 2012 at an annual salary of $72,072.
Set Halloween Trick or Treat Hours for Wednesday, October 31, 2012, from 6 p.m. – 8 p.m.
Held Closed Executive Session to Discuss Pending Litigation and Attorney Opinion Letter.
