Zoning Board of Appeals Public Hearing Notice
Please be advised pursuant to the Provisions of Public Act 110 of 2006 as amended, the Township of Addison Zoning Board of Appeals at a regular meeting on Thursday, November 8, 2012 at 7:30 p.m. or shortly thereafter, at the Addison Township Complex, 1440 Rochester Rd. Leonard, 48367 shall hold a public hearing to consider the following application:
Applicant: Wayne and Bonnie Kakuda
Location: 329 Baywood, Leonard, MI. 48367
Zoning: R-1 Residential
The Applicant is requesting variances from the Code, Appendix A, Zoning Ordinances:
1. Article 13, Section 13.03 #1: Requests a 45 feet variance to allow the use of an 80 feet dock.
2. Article 13, Section 13.03 #5, #7 and Article 24 Schedule of Regulations: A variance to allow a brick paver patio and retaining wall in the 25 foot natural feature setback/natural feature strip area.
A copy of this notification is mailed to property owners of record within three hundred (300) feet of all boundaries. A complete copy of the application for case #12-3 is available at the Township Clerk office during normal business hours for review, inspection or purchase. Written comments are welcomed. Please forward written comments to Zoning Board of Appeals, c/o Clerk Pauline Bennett at 1440 Rochester Rd. Leonard MI. 48367. The Township will provide necessary reasonable auxiliary aids to individuals with disabilities at the meeting or public hearing.
