LEGAL NOTICE

Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held on Tuesday, November 27, 2012 at 7:00 p.m. at the Groveland Township Hall, 4695 Grange Hall Road, Holly, MI for the purpose of hearing all persons interested in the proposed Zoning Ordinance amendment. Said amendment, if adopted by the Groveland Township Board, would revise the Groveland Township Codified Ordinances, as follows:

Amend Sec. 54-223 - 54-115 - Accessory Buildings in RE/F Zoning

District. Sec. 54-111 - Purpose and intent; Sec. 54-112 - Principal uses permitted; Sec. 54-113 - Principal agricultural uses permitted; Sec. 54-114 - principal uses permitted subject to special conditions; and, Sec. 54-115 Required conditions.

Proposed language for the amendment is available at the Township Office during regular business hours. If you are unable to attend the meeting, your written comments are welcome prior to the night of the meeting or call (248) 634-4152.
