A. A Special Joint Meeting of the Charter Township of Independence Board and 2013 Planning Commission was called to order at 7:03 PM at the Independence Township Hall.
B. The Pledge of Allegiance was given.
C. ROLL CALL: Board of Trustees:
Present: Aliaga, Brown, Kittle, Lohmeier, Pallotta, Ritchie, Schroeder
Absent: None
ROLL CALL: 2013 Planning Commission
Present: Bushroe, Galley, Krull, Moraco, Wauldron
Absent: Tully
There was a quorum present.
D. APPROVAL OF AGENDA: Approved as presented
E. BOARD / PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENTS: None
F. PUBLIC COMMENT: None
G. AGENDA ITEMS AS STATED IN THE CALL OF THE MEETING:
