NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT
To adopt by reference the State of Michigan Motor Carrier Safety Act.
Please take notice, that the Village of Oxford Village Council will hold a Public Hearing at 6:30 p.m., or soon thereafter, on Tuesday, March 5, 2013 in the Oxford Village Council Chambers, 22 W. Burdick, Oxford, Michigan for the purpose of considering an amendments to the Village of Code, to adopt by reference the State of Michigan Motor Carrier Safety Act.
A complete copy of the proposed text amendment is available at the offices of the Village Clerk, 22 W. Burdick, Oxford.
