A Regular Meeting of the Charter Township of Oxford Zoning Board of Appeals will be held on Monday, April 8, 2013 at 7:00 p.m. in the evening, at the Oxford Veterans' Memorial Civic Center (2nd Floor), 28 N. Washington, Oxford, Ml 48371, to consider the following request(s):

The subject property is located on the east side of Lapeer Road (M-24) south of Oakdell Street, in the C-2 (General Commercial) Zoning District within the Township of Oxford, Michigan.
Approval of this application, as submitted, would require variance(s) according to Zoning Ordinance 67A:
