USES, SECTION 3.2.3

ZONING ORDINANCE ARTICLE III, ZONING DISTRICTS AND USES, SECTION 3.2.3, IS HEREBY AMENDED # 388 TO READ:

The intent of the RM-2 district is to address the varied housing needs of Village residents by providing locations for development of multiple family housing at a lower density than is permitted in the RM-1 Multiple Family Residential District.
