Held Long Lake Woods Subdivision Road Maintenance SAD Public Hearing.
Held Indian Ridge Drive Road Maintenance SAD Public Hearing.
Lake Orion Community Schools gave a Bond Issues presentation.
Approved payment of bills in the amount of $647,554.09 and payrolls of $113,104.94. Total disbursement of funds of $760,659.03.
Approved Agenda, as amended.
Approved Consent Agenda, as amended.
Approved Minutes, Regular Board Meeting, Monday, June 17, 2013.
Approved Request for Street Closure: Long Meadow Lane, Rolling Meadows Subdivision Party.
Approved Outdoor Assembly License Request: Lake Orion Church of Christ Mission Possible.
Approved Outdoor Assembly License Request: Canterbury Village Highland Festival.
Accepted Dennis Stockwell retirement, effective July 31, 2013, and authorized interviewing for the DPW Laborer vacancy.
Approved 3646 Baldwin Road Request to Pay Water and Sewer Over Time.
Accepted OCCCC Grant in the amount of $20,820.86 and authorized the expenditure of $6,940.28 to fund 25% of the audio/visual improvements for Orion Center.
Authorized hiring Rebecca Minkwitz as Full-Time Programmer, level 4 Technical Unit position, at $14.78 per hour, with full benefits, effective July 25, 2013.
Authorized promoting Tammy Girling as Zoning/Planning Administrator, a non-union salaried position, at the current salary of $53,835.00, with full benefits, effective July 2, 2013.
Authorized advertising for the PC/ZBA Coordinator position.
Adopted the Holliday Drive Private Road Maintenance SAD #1 Resolution, as presented.
Adopted the Long Lake Woods Subdivision Road Maintenance SAD Resolution, as presented.
Adopted the Indian Ridge Drive Road Maintenance SAD Resolution, as presented.
Received and filed the Treasurer's Report, as presented.
Investment Policy Discussion held.
Authorized L.R. Mullins to demolish and dispose of Friendship Park Playscape, with contractor to follow proper disposal procedures.
Reconsidered previous Board action regarding Pontiac School Tax Collection.
Approved spreading the Pontiac School District judgment tax payment over a 10 year period.
Approved obtaining permits and securing bids for Indianwood Phase II project & Maybee Road Safety Path project.
Approved Outdoor Assembly License Request: Canterbury Village Detroit Bike Week, with outdoor activities to end at 10:00 p.m.
Approved Outdoor Assembly License Request: Canterbury Village Hot Blues and BBQ, with outdoor activities to end at 10:00 p.m.
Held Closed Executive Session to Discuss Purchase of Property.
Authorized the Supervisor to proceed as discussed regarding the Purchase of Property.
