1) Approved the agenda as presented.
2) Approved the Minutes of the November 25, 2013 Village Council Meeting.
3) Acceptance Items:
Treasurer's Report- December 2013
Brandon Fire Department Expenditures – November 2013
Ortonville Planning Commission Meeting Minutes – October 15, 2013
4) Approved disbursements in the amount of $12,881.52
5) Held a Public Hearing for the 2014 CDBG Allocations
6) Approved the Resolution allocating the 2014 CDBG funds as presented.
7) Received update on the Ball Street Bridge Project slated to start March 2014 by Manager Lyons.
8) Approved the 2012/2013 Village of Ortonville Audit as prepared and presented by Lewis & Knopf Inc.
9) Approved the Resolution adopting the Oakland County Hazard Mitigation Plan.
10) Approved the recommendation of the DDA to appoint Renee Doyle, Steve Ayala, Allison Braurer, and Randy Adam to the DDA Board of Directors.
11) Approved the 2014 Village Council Meeting Dates as presented.
12) Regular Meeting Adjourned at 8:06 p.m.
