Announcement made asking property owners to assist in clearing snow from fire hydrants.
Heard Presentation: North Oakland Community Coalition Annual Report.
Approved payment of bills in the amount of $1,194,335.03 and payrolls of $70,561.35. Total disbursement of funds of $1,264,896.38.
Approved Agenda, as amended.
Approved Consent Agenda, as amended.
Approved Minutes, Regular Meeting, Monday, February 3, 2014.
Approved Temporary Sign Permit Fee Waiver Request: Canine Companions, and reduced fee to $25.00.
Received and filed Notice of Solicitation: Boy Scout Troop 128 Can Collection.
Received and filed MMRMA Quarterly Report – Fourth Quarter, 2013.
Adopted the Certificate of Adopting 125 Plan Resolution, as presented.
Approved Interlocal Agreement for Ballot Layout and Programming Services, as presented and authorize the Clerk to sign the agreement on behalf of the Township.
Approved the HRA Administration Agreement, as presented.
Approved donation of additional 20' of road right-of-way to the Road Commission along Fernhurst.
Authorized OHM to provide design service for the Klais Dr. watermain extension.
Authorized the preparation of Square Lake Water Quality Control SAD #1 cost estimates.
Authorized the preparation of Square Lake Water Quality Control SAD #2 cost estimates.
Authorized the preparation of Square Lake Water Quality Control SAD #3 cost estimates.
Adopted Parks and Recreation Master Plan, as presented.

Held second reading and repealed Ord. 127, Flexible Benefits Plan, as published.
Approved Beaumont Hospital as the Wellness Center Partner for the Orion Center.
Receive and filed the notice of the potential ballot language for NOTA.
Approved the proposed job description for Seasonal Safety Path Maintenance workers and authorized advertising the positions.
