N O T I C E

A Regular Meeting of the Charter Township of Oxford Zoning Board of Appeals will be held on Monday, March 17, 2014 at 7:00 p.m. in the evening, at the Oxford Veterans' Memorial Civic Center (2nd Floor), 28 N. Washington, Oxford, MI 48371, to consider the following request:

ZBA002.14 900 N. Lapeer Road, Oxford, MI 48371 - Parcel# P -04-22-200-020 Applicant and Property Owner: GOODWILL CO., INC. d/b/a Meijer 2929 Walker Ave., Grand Rapids, MI 49544

The subject property is located in a C-2 (General Commercial) Zoning District, east side of N Lapeer Road (M-24) before Ray Road (Meijer).

Approval of this application, as submitted, would require variance(s) according to Zoning Ordinance 67A:

ARTICLE 9 Section 9.8(j) Wall Signs

The Charter Township of Oxford will provide necessary reasonable auxiliary aids and services, such as signers for the hearing impaired and audiotapes of printed materials being considered at the meeting/hearing. Individuals with disabilities requiring auxiliary aids or services shall contact the Charter Township of Oxford, by writing or calling, Curtis W.
