The Charter Township of Oxford Board of Trustees, at a special meeting to be held on Wednesday, March 19, 2014, 6:00 p.m,, at the Oxford Veterans Memorial Civic Center (2nd floor), 28 N. Washington, Oxford, Michigan will consider a Second Reading and possible adoption of a proposed map amendment to Zoning Ordinance No, 67A to allow the rezoning of property as follows:

Hills of Oxford II Planned Unit Development, a request to rezone 15.788 acres located on the east side of Lapeer Road (M-24), north of Indian Lake Road, from RM (Multiple Family) to PUD (Planned Unit Development) for 43 single-family residential condominium units by applicant, Robertson Oxford, LLC. A copy of the proposed ordinance amendment and PUD development agreement is on file in the office of the Township Clerk, .300 Dunlap Road, Oxford, Michigan 48371 (248) 6289787, and may be examined during normal business hours, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m,, Monday through Friday.

The Charter Township of Oxford will provide necessary reasonable auxiliary aids and services, such as signers for the hearing impaired and audiotapes of printed materials being considered at the meeting/hearing.
