NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF ORDINANCE NO. 67A.012, "HILLS OF OXFORD II PUD

REZONING, AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE ZONING DISTRICT MAP, BEING A

PART OF THE ZONING ORDINANCE,

ORDINANCE NO. 67A, OF THE

CHARTER TOWNSHIP OF OXFORD"

To the residents and property owners of the Charter Township of Oxford, Oakland County, Michigan, and all other interested persons:

On March 19, 2014, the Charter Township of Oxford adopted Ordinance No. 67A.012, "Hills of Oxford II PUD Rezoning, an Ordinance to Amend the Zoning District Map, Being a Part of the Zoning Ordinance, Ordinance No. 67A, of the Charter Township of Oxford". The following is a summary of the Ordinance. A true copy of the Ordinance is available for inspection at the Township Hall, 300 Dunlap Road, Oxford, Michigan 48371 and is posted on the website of Charter Township of Oxford, http://www.oxfordtownship.org.

Section 1 amends the Zoning District Map to rezone the following described property:

A PART OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 35, T-5-N., R-10-E., OXFORD TOWNSHIP, OAKLAND COUNTY, MICHIGAN, BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS: COMMENCING AT THE SOUTH 1/4 CORNER OF SAID SECTION 35; THENCE. N.8934'00" E., 53.49 FEET ALONG THE SOUTH LINE OF SAID SECTION 35 (INDIAN LAKE. ROAD) TO A POINT ON THE EAST RIGHT OF WAY LINE OF LAPEER ROAD (M-24), SAID EASTERLY LINE BEING COINCIDENT WITH THE FORMER WESTERLY LINE OF ABANDONED MICHIGAN CENTRAL RAILROAD COMPANY RIGHT OF WAY; THENCE THE FOLLOWING THREE COURSES ALONG SAID COINCIDENT LINE (1) N.0442'27" W., 567.27 FEET AND (2) N.8517'33" E., 9,50 FEET AND (3) N.0442'27" W., 230.31 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING TWO (2) THENCE N.0442'27" W., 476,56 FEET; THENCE N.8828'23" E., 1313.92 FEET TO THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF THE OAKLAND COUNTY CONDOMINIUM SUBDIVISION PLAN NO. 1275, SAID POINT ALSO BEING ON THE EAST LINE OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF SAID SECTION 35; THENCE S.0538'37" E., 651.23 FEET ALONG THE WEST LINE OF SAID OAKLAND COUNTY CONDOMINIUM SUBDIVISION PLAN NO, 1275; THENCE S.8903'33" W., 782.88 FEET; THENCE N.0056'27" W., 153,16 FEET; THENCE N.5102'46" E., 42.17 FEET; THENCE N. O131'37" W., 124.15 FEET; THENCE S.7758'10" W., 47 63 FEET; THENCE S,6645'57" W,, 46.69 FEET; THENCE N.3341'30" W., 160.81 FEET; THENCE S.5618'29" W , 94.50 FEET; THENCE N.3928'15" W., 45.33 FEET; THENCE S.5031'45" W., 54.27 FEET; THENCE S.3148'25" W., 9734 FEET; THENCE S.1512'09" W., 92.69 FEET; THENCE S.8206'32" E,, 14.70 FEET; THENCE S.0801'.39" W., 15.82 FEET; THENCE S,8504'44" W., 191.99 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING AND CONTAINING 15.788 ACRES

as Planned Unit Development (PUD) in accordance with the Development Agreement for the Hills of Oxford 11 Planned Unit Development which is incorporated into the Ordinance. Among other provisions, the Development Agreement with applicant, Robertson Oxford, LLC, would allow 43 single-family residential condominium units to be constructed.

Section 2 provides that the ordinance will take effect on and after eight days from legal publication.
