SPECIAL LAND USE FOR A INDOOR RECREATION AT 33 PLEASANT STREET

Pursuant to the provisions of Village of Oxford Ordinance No. 324, the Village of Oxford Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, September 2, 2014 beginning at 7:00 p.m. (or soon thereafter) in the Oxford Village Council Chambers located at 22 W. Burdick, Oxford, Michigan 48371 to consider the following:

Zoning: PUD- Planned Unit Development / C-1 Central Business District- Transition

Request: Pursuant to Zoning Ordinance Article 3, Section 3.3.1, Uses Permitted under Special Approval, the applicant is requesting a special land use approval for indoor recreation.
