A Regular Meeting of the Charter Township of Oxford Zoning Board of Appeals will be held on Monday, September 8, 2014 at 7:00 p.m, in the evening, at the Oxford Veterans' Memorial Civic Center (2"d Floor), 28 N. Washington, Oxford, MI 48371, to consider the following request:

The subject property is located in a SF-1 (Suburban Farms (2.5 ac. Min.) Zoning District, north side of Seymour Lake Road, west of Dunlap, and east of Coats.
Approval of this application, as submitted, would require variance(s) according to Zoning Ordinance 67A:
