May 09, 2012 - Kingsbury Country Day School (5000 Hosner Rd.) opened its doors to the public Sunday afternoon during an open house designed to give parents and prospective students an in-depth look at everything the independent JK-8 educational institution has to offer.

Founded in 1953, the school is well-known and well-respected for providing art, drama, music, world language, technology, environmental studies, small class sizes for more individualized instruction and even regular ski trips in the winter. Kingsbury is proud to be an International Baccalaureate World School (Primary Years Programme).
