So just what's for lunch

December 09, 2009 - Dear Editor:
Has anyone taken the time to read the school lunch menu printed in The Citizen each week? Our supposed state-funded food for our kids. Hmmm. Pizza squares, pizza rounds, chili fries and more chili fries. Ummm nachos's with "cheeze" ( aka , chips with fake cheese).
The schools get state funding to provide our kids with healthy lunches, not a bunch of junk. Read it people, then pack your child a lunch.
