THE WORK INCLUDES: OES Pre-K Renovations at the old Administration Building.
Invitation is hereby made to have qualified Bidders submit bid proposals for the following work categories:
OES Pre-K Renovations
09-06-01 General Trades
09-15-01 Mechanical
09-16-01 Electrical
Bid proposals are requested and will be received as a "single lump sum proposal" prior to 3:00:00 PM local time on 5/18/2010 according to Section 002113 Instructions to Bidders. Sealed bid proposals for the above work categories must be received prior to the bid due date and time at Oxford Middle School, 1420 Lakeville Road, Oxford, MI 48371.
Bid security, in the form of bonds, must be submitted with all proposals. Bid Security in the form of a certified check is acceptable bid security ONLY for proposals less than $50,000. EEO M/F/H/V
All Bidders will be required to provide familial disclosure in compliance with MCL 380.1267 on the bid proposal form. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to accept other than a low bid, and to waive informalities, irregularities and/or errors in proposals, which they judge to be in their best interest.
An optional pre-bid meeting will be held on 5/6/2010 at 2:00 PM at Oxford Community Schools, 105 Pontiac Street, Oxford, MI 48371.
