Woman's Club

At 1 p.m., May 27, The Ortonville Woman's Club will meet at the Edna Burton Senior Center, 345 Ball St, Ortonville.The program will be a presentation by Wojo's Greenhouse. Cleaning supplies will be collected for OCEF. Details: Joyce at 248-627-4384.

Preschool summer camps

The registration deadline is June 1 for preschool summer camp at H.T.Burt Lifelong Learning Center, 209 Varsity Dr. The three sessions, for potty-trained youth ages 3-5, ends with a field trip. Cost, $60 per two-week session, or $165 for all three sessions. Contact 248-627-1870.

CreekFest

Vendors, artists and farmers are needed on June 5 as the Ortonville DDA will host CreekFest in downtown Ortonville. In its seventh season, with the previous years averaging more than 800 people, the one-day event starts at 9 a.m. with the Ortonville United Methodist Church Men hosting a pancake breakfast buffet and ends at 4 p.m. after the voting for the CreekFest Critter Decorating Contest. Beets, Beats & Eats

From 6 p.m.- 9 p.m. on Friday nights starting June 18 until Sept. 3 is the fifth season of Beets, Beats & Eats farmers market at Crossman Park (weather permitting). BEES

The BEES (Brandon Early Education Support) program is available to provide support to families and their children from birth to age 5 who are developing slowly in one or more developmental areas. These areas include: social, fine and gross motor, cognitive, adaptive, and language skills. BEES' developmental assessments and programming are available in the Brandon School District.
