The Charter Township of Brandon Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a Public Hearing June 23, 2010 at 7:30 P.M. at Brandon Township Offices, 395 Mill Street, Ortonville, Michigan 48462 to hear the following appeals.
1) Appeal # 008-10 Sidwell # 03-28-100-046

Location: 1846 Hidden Lake Trail
Applicant requests a variance of 15 feet from their rear property line to construction an accessory building. By ordinance 25 feet is required.
