Request For Quotes
The Village of Ortonville is requesting quotations from qualified firms to manage the sale of two (2) newly built homes in the Village. These homes were built in connection with the Village of Ortonville Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP) under the auspices of the federal Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and the Oakland County Community and Home Improvement Division. The firm will be required to assist Village employees with the following general tasks
Write a plan for the disposition of the homes
Provide marketing for the sale of the homes
Provide information for prospective buyers
Review applications for the purchase of the homes.
Make recommendation in regard to the sale of the homes
Quotation Forms and the 'Request for Quotes' providing greater detail is available at the Village Office at 476 Mill Street or on the Village website at www.ortonvillevillage.com.
Requests must be the Village office at 476 Mill Street before 5:00 PM Friday June 25, 2010.
This is a federally funded project female and minority owned contractors are encouraged to apply.
