Notice of Adoption of an Amendment to Ordinance No. 6, the Public Nuisance Ordinance

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at a council meeting on June 14, 2010, the Village Council of the Village of Leonard adopted an amendment to the Village of Leonard Ordinance No. 6, the Public Nuisance Ordinance. A synopsis of the Ordinance follows:

THE VILLAGE OF LEONARD ORDAINS:

An Ordinance to amend Ordinance No. 6, the Public Nuisance Ordinance, of the Village of Leonard in its entirety, to define and prohibit certain public nuisances which annoy, injure, or endanger the safety or health of the public; to regulate the keeping of animals; and to provide the Village with the means of abating noxious weeds.
