NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that proposals for residential and commercial waste collection for the Village of Oxford will be accepted in the Office of the Village Manager, 22 W. Burdick, Oxford, MI 48371, (248 - 628-2543) on or before August 5, at 2:00 p.m., 2010. The proposal should include the company overall qualifications and experience, organizational structure, resumes of personnel to be assigned, local knowledge and references. The current contract provides weekly residential collection including recycling and yard waste and commercial dumpster service.
The proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked: "Village of Oxford Waste Collection Proposal. A one, three and five year proposal is to be for a single year with annual extensions. The Village reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, and to waive any informalities or technicalities regarding the proposals when deemed to be in the best interest of the Village.
