ORION TOWNSHIP LIBRARY BOARD
Meeting July, 2010
Present: MaryAnne Thorndycraft, James Abramczyk, Mary Pergeau, Jim Phillips, Mike Luna, trustees; Linda Sickles, director.
Meeting called to order at 6:38 p.m.
1. Agenda approved as amended.
2. Consent agenda approved.
3. Call to Public: Judy Brewer and Bert Quinn in attendance.
4. Circulation stats down 6% from previous year.
5. Flood remediation still underway.
6. Dwindling tax base and impact on library budget discussed.
7. 2010-2013 Strategic Plan approved as amended.
8. Building committee to meet on July 27 at 7 p.m.
9. Golf outing committee to meet on July 26 at 6 p.m.
10. Finance committee to meet on July 27 at 5 p.m.
Meeting adjourned at 8:45 p.m.
The next regular meeting of the Orion Township Public Library Board is Thursday, August 26, 2010 in the conference room of the library at 6:30 p.m.
