On behalf of the "Team 4 Mum" I would like to thank The Hamlin Pub of Clarkston, Karen Kubicki and her staff for putting on the Ladies Night for the Cure.
Their great enthusiam and that of the patrons that night enabled us to raise enough money for one of our walkers in the 3 Day, 60 mile Susan G. Komen event in August.
Also providing support was Melanie Dolan of Silpada Design, Physic readers from the Boston Tea Room, La Bella Salon, Waterfall Jewelers, Oakhurst Golf Club, Forest Lake Golf Club, Doug Brody of Warwick Hills, Pine Knob Golf Course, Fountains Golf Course, Candy Ferguson, Sam Zamecki and the Clarkston Union.
Without the help of these wonderful people we would not be able to participate in our sevenh year of walking to fight breast cancer.
Donations may also be made at www.the3day.org under our team name.
Our community is blessed with supportive individuals, groups, businesses and churches.
We'd like to thank Father Chris Maas of St. Daniel's Catholic Church for the use of their facilities on July 4.
The community and the parade committee appreciates you!
