Regular Meeting
The Charter Township of Brandon Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a Public Hearing August 25, 2010 at 7:30 P.M. at Brandon Township Offices, 395 Mill Street, Ortonville, Michigan 48462 to hear the following appeals.
1) Appeal # 009-10 Sidwell # 03-19-377-024
Name: Gregory Guziak
Location: 1818 S. Ortonville Road
A. Applicant request variance of 5 feet for least side yard. North side has 5 feet existing set back (10 feet required).
B. Applicant request variance for total side setbacks of 15 feet. Both sides currently total 15 feet (30 feet required).
2) Appeal # 010-10 Sidwell # 03-09-376-016
Name: Paul Barber
Location: 2277 Hummer Lake Road
Request: Applicant request a variance of 250 sq. ft. to house a telescope (by ordinance he is at his maximum footage).
