NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Please take notice that the Village of Oxford Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing at 7:00 p.m., on September 7, 2010 in the Oxford Village Council Chambers, 22 W. Burdick, Oxford, Michigan to consider a text amendment to Zoning Ordinance #324. The proposed amendment is summarized as follows:
1. Article 3, Zoning Districts and Uses, Section 3.3.1, Table of Permitted Land Uses by District, to delete Outdoor Sales and Outdoor Storage, and to permit Outdoor Sales and Display as a special use in the C-2 District and Outdoor Storage as a special use in the I-1 District.
2. Article 4, Use Standards, Section 4.1.23 A – K to amend current standards and delete Section 4.1.46.
A complete copy of the proposed amendment can be viewed at Village Hall, 22 W. Burdick, Oxford, Michigan, during normal office hours. Anyone wishing to comment on the above request may do so in person during the public hearing or in writing by mail to the address below.
