N O T I C E
A Regular Meeting of the Charter Township of Oxford Zoning Board of Appeals will be held on Monday, September 13, 2010 at 7:30 p.m. in the evening, at the Oxford Veterans' Memorial Civic Center (2nd Floor), 28 N. Washington, Oxford, MI 48371, to consider the following request:
ZBA002.10 – 655 N. Lapeer Rd., Oxford, Mi 48371 - Parcel(s) 04-22-101-004 - Applicant: McDonalds USA LLC, 1021 Karl Greimel Drive Suite 200, Brighton, MI 48116 – Property owner: RDB Industries (2) Randall D Bellestri Living Trust, C/O John Gaber Esq. WWRP 380 N. Old Woodward, Suite 300, Birmingham, MI 48362
The subject property is located in the General Commercial (C-2) zoning district, west of Lapeer Road (M-24) and north of Market Street.
Approval of this application, as submitted, would require two (2) variances from the Charter Township of Oxford Zoning Ordinance # 67A, as follows:
1. ARTICLE 9 Section 9.5.J – Menu Boards
2. ARTICLE 9 Section 9.8.J – Wall Signs
The Charter Township of Oxford will provide necessary reasonable auxiliary aids and services, such as signers for the hearing impaired and audiotapes of printed materials being considered at the meeting/hearing. Individuals with disabilities requiring auxiliary aids or services shall contact the Charter Township of Oxford, by writing or calling, Curtis W.
